My 8 year old son and I were trying to come up with a name for our brewery (he makes soda). He looked down at my hand and said what about One Thumb Brewery? I had cut off half of my left thumb when my wife was pregnant with him. It's a great conversation starter.

For what it's worth I placed 3rd in the wheat beer category at my local fair with the original recipe. The comments were very positive. This was my first competition. Thanks Slim.

Mine would be High Life, it's what dad and the uncles always drank and what they got me started on and frankly I like it. Always keep some in the fridge.

Brewed this up yesterday. Hit all the number dead on. The sample going into the fermenter tastes great. Can't wait to try the finished product.

I think everyone is still a little confused about your original question. What do you mean "lemon flavored skeeter pee". Skeeter pee is lemon in every sense of the word. Tastes great by it's self or with additional flavoring.

Brewed this saturday. Split it with half safale 04 and the other half 05.

I use cleaned and sanitized Vitamin Water bottles with no problem. Father in law drinks a boatload of the stuff and saves the bottles for me. Never had an issue but the skeeter pee isn't in there more than a couple months.
