OK long in the short. Something came up, I am 40 minutes into the mash and I need to leave. FWIW I am mashing at 156°F. Can I leave it in a cooler till tomorrow? What are my options. Thanks in advance. I will be checking this quickly so thanks again.

OK, I FINALLY got my 10 gal round cooler. Natually I could not be more excited. 1 going to upgrade if you will from BIAB to a mash run, just need to decide on a manifold. After much searching about manifold variations (braid, PVC, CPVC, or copper) I settled on going big with copper. Yay me...
