    How long before kegging Saison with WLP 568

    We made a batch of Saison Ete (Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Vienna Malt, Acid Malt) using a WLP 568 starter, OG 1.056 (a bit low). We used a temperature controlled incubator started at 68 F for 1 day then we ran it up to 80 then to 85 and held for several days. At end of 10 days dropped the temperature...
