I plan on making some Pork/ Deer or Antelope Bratwurst in the next few weeks using a Frisco brand spice mix. I’ve made breakfast sausage and Italian before but never Bratwurst. I was wonder what people’s preference regarding the lean/fat ratio might be?

Stumbled upon Homebrewtalk today and spent most of my work day browsing posts. Very excited to learn from this site. I have not brewed a brew yet but hopefully that changes soon. I have invested in a Grainfather and have a few more things to get before I’m rolling.
