    Can I dilute?

Hi all, I've made a few batches of Kombucha now following the advice and guides on this forum. They've all turned out great and I have a very healthy SCOBY! So, thanks to everyone! I let this current batch sit a little too long and it's a tad too vinegar-y. Is there any problem in diluting...

    Illinois 19x EZ Cap Bottles (32oz) $45

Hi all, I have 19 assorted amber and clear 32oz EZ Cap bottles I'm selling for $45. All of them have the wire tops and the gaskets are in good shape. They've been used 1-2 times. I live in Chicago and would like to sell them locally. I am not willing to ship. Thanks!

    My first stuck fermentation?

I brewed a 3 gallon BIAB American Stout on 10/17/16 using US-05 yeast. Mashed at 156F. The OG was 1.063 and the hydrometer is currently reading 1.030. Tastes freaking delicious. This was my first time using US-05 or any dry yeast at all for that matter. I actually used a starter for this...

    Hydrometer, refractometer HUGE disagreement

1.011 Hydrometer vs 1.025 Refractometer I've calibrated with water at the same temperature and it reads dead on at 1.000. OG readings agree between the two methods, FG readings are way off. Second batch of beer I've had this problem. As of now, I'm just sticking with the hydrometer...
