    New sankey/kombucha vessel!

    Made this new tea ferment tank for my wife out of a 1/4 bbl sankey keg! I Tig welded in the fitting and sanitized and scrubbed the whole thing. She got the starter tea and scoby in it tonight. Pretty excited to share some fermented fun with my bride!

    Vintage freezer

    This awesome old freezer is about to become my new keezer. Current kegerator is an old fridge that has holes drilled in it. Going to build a collar for taps and look into more 1/6 sanke kegs. Need to bring the amp meter home and figure out what the current draw is so I can wire up a controller.
