    Peanut butter in an ale

    Simple(?) question about Beersmith/yeast

    Is this a salvageable mistake

    Still a beginner and we were brewing a German amber using DME. The brew itself went fine but we realized the first 12 hours or so our fermenter was up to the mid 70's rather than upper 60's like it should be. We did adjust, but i'm wondering if it was too late. Used a Wyeast 1007 yeast. Thanks
