    Too late to trim bull shoots?

    I only recently heard that bull shoots should be trimmed. Mine are already about 10ft (2nd year plants, centennial & willamette) The leaves are pretty spaced out and I was hoping to get some shade from these hops, so should I trim the bull shoots and hope for more regular shots? There...

    Suggestions for light ale using S-04?

    I want to put a yeast cake from a pale ale to good use - the yeast is Safale S-04 Ideally something light in color/alcohol for summer. Suggestions?
