I have started putting my panel together and went to test my work. I’ve got 240 at the hot side of the power in relay. Both with the key on or off. I’ve got no power anywhere else. When I turn it on a get a buzzing sound no clunk like I’m used to with a relay. Thanks and happy new year

I'm planning my first brew day for April 9th, it's my birthday. So my question is will 2.5 weeks be long enough to ferment a pale ale extract kit? Then if I keg it what do I do to preserve it? I have to leave town for 3 weeks. Am I screwed or is there any way to make this work?
