    How many of you need white noise to fall asleep and stay asleep? Without it the smallest noises wake me up.

    NB Tallgrass Halcyon Wheat came out dark?

    I did the NB pro series kit today and the wort was the right color (golden) after mashing and then adding the one lb of gold DME, however after I added the gold LME at 15min the wort is dark (think brown ale).     Can someone estimate this ABV?

    Today I made a mead that was 4 pounds wild honey and like a pound of amber blue agave nectar with about 3/4 gallon of water. My thief doesnt fit into the jar so i just need an estimate, i also dont own beersmith.
