Well my main question is I want to add cacao nibs and mint to the secondary but with this beer ranging close to 11% I want to age it so it will be good to go around the holidays. After fermentation is done I want to age in secondary but should I add the cacao and mint later closer to legging? So it doesn't fade before initial tasting

What's your thoughts
