What is your serving vessel for the handpump? Do you just use a corny sitting under the bar and do you have temperate control or lucky enough to just have a nice cellar temperature?
Following! This is on my project list. Currently, I only use my engines during the "winter" months. I just clamp the engines to a table and leave the pins under the table. I've also used an engine at a beer fest with a cask wedge setup and the pin sitting in a barrel with some ice.

I have my pipe/spray ball setup for corny keg washing and when I have a pin laid on the side like your photo above it's too tall which means I rig up some blocks to raise the pin up.

Sounds like you enjoy similar American IPA's that I do with a lot of dankness, citrus and pine. I go for a bit more bitterness than you are looking for but I wouldn't change your hop bill, that looks like it will get what you are looking for! Your malt bill looks similar to my IPA recipes...
