So I think I dun goofed. Brewed this recipe for the first time all grain tonight. I checked my refractometer at 70 ferinheight and got 20 brix(1.083?) without any sugar addition. I used 15 lbs Pilsener Belgium beacuse I thought my efficiency was ****. what should i do? I brewed an IPA a couple...
Here's a pic of some wild hops up on mt lemmon. they're at about 8000 feet. pic was taken 2 weeks ago. the ones i planted haven't broke ground yet:mad:

i ended up dumping the first beer i made because it tasted like pure hop extract...live and learn:D

I will be brewing this weekend and wanted to try out the recipe in post #13. I'm not too sure about this line, however,
