I doubt that very much. They are a pretty large concern, with a popular vistors center and tour etc. If they gave out yeast to anyone, they'd have loads of people asking! Looks like people have had success harvesting from their bottled beers - Saint Austell Yeast

Like the post says, the scale is 100 x 0.01g - i.e. it's a tiny scale for measuring out small quantities of hops down to 0.01g units.
