4 oz Galaxy hop stand for 30 min
2.5 oz dry hop...
Just got a 1/2 pound of Galaxy and was thinking of doing a smash with MO. I have never used Galaxy before but have heard good things. This is what I was thinking.

So I have never used Nelson hops and decided I would buy some to try out for my next brew. The problem is when I was looking for them online the only place that wasn't sold out was more beer and they were $50 a pound! That seems crazy expensive. So I was just curious from the folks who have used...
Wow you guys are fast! Thanks for the info. I could be wrong but I alway have thought chinook was pretty piney and Columbus a bit dank so I was thinking about adding both those as late additions.
