Now, I'm doing my first All Grain on Sunday, I have half the crew saying be 100% exact and the rest saying wing it.
My plan was to try as be exact as possible, but don't stress it and don't stop.
Kind of like learning a song on the guitar- Just get through it, you'll get better.
My new Turkey Fryer should be here on Friday, so Sunday I'm doing my First -ever- All grain batch.
Tonight I got to get to installing- lots of fittings, pot drillings, and Mash Tun making.
I plan on making this beer my first all-grain attempt. Nothing like baptism by fire, right?
I think I'm all set up to brew this, but is there any specifics I should know about, considering this is my transition from Extract to All-Grain?
