Sierra Nevada never disappoints. Especially if you still want some malt to back up your hops. A very old school beer with the results of the week's meal prep in the fore ground.
One of my favorite beers of the year. In an incredibly appropriate glass. We are lucky to get this pretty much every year. I've made lagers 2/3 as good as this, but I doubt I'll ever get any closer.
HB stout aged with heavy char American oak cubes. I brewed this around two years ago. One of the last beers I brewed. It's been in the bottle since early 2022. I think it already peaked but it's still pretty good.

HB Buckwheat Acerglyn. For anyone that has tried buckwheat honey, you can imagine this is an earthy pour. I should have back sweetened with some maple syrup. Just a few bottles left by now.
I can't help with the elevation, but I've been brewing with a well and septic for years.
I haven't done beer in quite some time but whether beer or mead or wine, I'm generally doing small batch (2.5gal or less) so most of my cleaning is done in the kitchen sink.
