    going to be trying this soon. How hard is to clean the brew pot after burning the honey? Is it doable or should I try to find a cheap one and just toss it after i'm done?

    i do have a line for the manifold already. My current system is a picnic set up (co2 tank, regulator, keg, picnic tap that sits in a chest freezer with a plug in temp regulator) I prefer the threaded fittings, no real reason, just what i like

    The set up is 5lb CO2 bottle to a single dial reg to a single keg to a picnic tap.
