Hard to imagine that the gasket can fall out - it is really in there. I would let them know that yours arrived without one and I bet they will send you one.

My Z has a red gasket in the cap side of the inline filter.

I got my tracking number today, but I still want to hear about the zymatic trade in - that was a part of my decision to get a Z2.

I'm currently waiting for UPS to deliver my Z2. Has anybody returned their Zymatic for a refund yet?

That RIMS tube is on the glycol side of the heat exchanger and the glycol gets above 212 degrees. The wort itself is only heated to 207 degrees and is not boiled. Hey Mike - that looks like a cartridge heater of some kind. Did you get a make and model that you can share? Thanks

I have both a Pico and a Z, so I'm not sure if they limit the Pico C menus. Here is where I find the recipes.

You need to register on the PicoBrew website to see public recipes.

Brewed a Helles Lager yesterday. This morning I stuck the RFID tag on the filter lid and plugged in the Pico. Looks like the tag is still valid and I could brew again with it after 1 day. I'll try again tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing how the SS filter turns out!

If you haven't found the fuse info yet - mine has a GSA 15A 250V ceramic fuse in it.
