It ages well. A little aging is recommended because it can be harsh at first as the Chinook is a "rough" tasting hop, though I do love it!

It was both good and bad. Good was all but one sack came in...flaked wheat did not come in. I will process all refunds tonight or not later than WED night...just need about 30 minutes to sort everything out. Still something buggy with the website too which I gotta figure out. Low early turnout...

White Wheat...he was on two splits for a total of 50 pounds so I will order one less sack and the splits will work out. Not sure why he didn't just order a full sack in the first place...shrug!
