I drove by there on the way to the brewfest this weekend, still looks like they have a ways to go. I'm all for another local brew, maybe one that's not as hop crazy as the others in the area.
I used 32 psi, when it was warm i shook the crap outta it for 10 mins with the line attached, i then leave it on the keg at 32 psi for 2 days, then reduce to 10psi to pour
Same method i use for beer, except i don't leave the beer at 32 psi for 2 days, only 1.
