An update to this... I pitched about a 1l of s05 starter, nothing happened... It finished at 1.028... I bottled it and its rather delicious, like a dessert beer. I've gotten rave reviews from my tasters.

That crush almost seems like its suited for extract batches ...if venture to say the rollers on their mill might be worn out or mal adjusted. My lhbs specializes in bulk extracts and extract brewers, and their mill stunk. The only way to get a good efficiency was to have them double crush...

The can you brew it recipe uses a home roasted wheat.but only a lb or so iirc. The hops profile that their brewmaster gave is dead on, and it's not JUST c hops. The three wheats are white, roasted and torrified
