I've switched to Morebeer and my life is now less stressful than when I was using Northern Brewer. I mean it's either the better customer experience, or the fact that I have more beer on tap to drink because my ingredients actually arrive on time...

I use the gigawort for all-grain, partial boils and usually end up with 4ish gallon batches. @Ragman can you link to which strainer you're using? That's the last piece of the puzzle for my setup with the gigawort...

Just opened the first bottle. Cherry plums can make good wine; it has an almost apple like quality to it.
My grandfather from Romania used to make plum wine, so this was an exciting one to finally try.
