I have brewed on and off for about 16 years now. I have typically used canned extract, DME, some crushed grain, hop pellets and a copper immersion wort chiller. I always rack to a secondary and have bottled only for the finished product. I can see where some of this may change as I feel the urge to try mashing/sparging in the future. I also would like to keg my finished product.
