    Update: In the primary fermenter for one week today. Still percolating steadily at about 10 second intervals. Seems to have had a very good, steady fermentation. Will leave it in primary until it slows to 30 seconds between. Then I'll rack to secondary fermenter for about a week. Anxious to try...

    Great Winter Warmer

    My son and I brewed a great tasting Winter Warmer. Best ale we have brewed so far. I think our fourth batch of beer. Very clean tasting, good head, nice aroma, well balanced. We were both very pleased with it. Previous brews have been acceptable but had a "homebrew" sort of taste. I don't know...
