wondering if Best Malz dark Munich (10L) is in the catalog. don't see it listed on HBT. wondering if anyone would like to split a sack. i asked Brett about it last buy and he said I could order it, however, I never went through with it. .....yup. it's there under "Best Munich Dark (8-12°L)"...

How did this turn out? 3638 is one of my "house" strains. The clove is from the lower (62F) fermentation temp. From 66 to roughly 70F has given me the banana, shifting away from clove, but also a bit of lemon/citrus and apple. This strain has a bit of a different and more complex ester profile...

Nah, I meant how do I propose splitting a bag? Just ask? Put it in bold? Who would like to split a bag of Golden Promise? 1/2? 1/3?

RE: Golden Promise - who are you splitting with? Whomever wants to. If there aren't any takers, you know, just don't include it. How do you guys normally work setting up splits anyway?
