You want head space when the wand is removed. A inch is about right. You'll be fine.

If you are using a bottling wand, fill to the top of the bottle. Remove bottle from wand and it's a perfect fill.

Three weeks in primary, three weeks in bottle, four days in fridge.

This was my first AG batch, taste is spot on. Just wondering if its too cloudy.

Haha I had to repair the handle with two part epoxy upon receiving it... It purely decorative, it looks pretty awesome though

I work a alternating three week schedule. The three weeks off at a time make it easy to brew and plan other activities. The actual job blows!!!

I welded mine, no wobble and it mills grains like a champ. I BIAB and always get outstanding efficiency.

I was stationed at Fort Richardson. That is some good beer.

Why even bother putting food in that fridge?
