Anyone coming from northwest suburbs ? I have two sacks of grain plus some hops. I live in Wauconda. Saturday is out for me and Sunday pickup is a unlikely maybe.

So how does the pickup process work? What happens if we are out of town the week the shipment comes in? Since there are so many people ordering should we add a column in the spreadsheet to indicate location so people in the same area can carpool?

Bump - how did this turn out? I have a similar problem. Brewed a St. Bernadus 8 clone back in December. Sat in primary for one month, secondary for another month. Did the usual steps for bottling, stored at 70 degrees, and after 6 weeks still no carb. Some bottles have a very very...

Nice! Now you could add some slide out shelves for a grain mill, scale, etc. BTW- I usually see all wood or all metal structures. Did you consider using metal under and over the parts near burners and wood for everything else?
