Priming sugar in bottling bucket for an hour or two?

I was kinda thinking the same. I'm just gonna go for it. The last time I mixed in the sugar mixture I had a few under carbed beers and think it's because I didn't stir it in well enough. Like trefilov22, I prefer to siphon right on top of the priming sugar. Thanks for the help yall, gonna...

Priming sugar in bottling bucket for an hour or two?

I'm going to bottle and brew tonight and had a question for yall. I plan on racking my beer into the bottling bucket before starting my new brew and was wondering if I should go ahead and put the priming sugar in then too. I think it'll maybe be in the bottling bucket with the priming sugar...

    Hoppy American Wheat critique

Good one guys. I used the last of my magnum up and only have some CTZ and summit for big bittering hops. Would you sub one of those hops in for the centennial? I've actually never used centennial as a bittering hop, but I'm sitting on a lb of it...so I thought I'd give them a go on this one...

    Hoppy American Wheat critique

Hey all. I'm several batches into my all-grain BIAB technique and have finally put together my own recipe. I was hoping to hear some feedback about my recipe. I have a good amount of grain, so I think I can do just about any style. I currently have the following: 3oz summit, 2oz...

    Pumpkin Ale advice

Thanks for all the info, y'all. Now I have to go to a foreign market to hopefully find some canned pumpkin. Voodoo, do you add the spice tea to your primary before you pitch your yeast, or do you wait for fermentation to end before you add it? For secondary, I assume you would add it to the...

    Pumpkin Ale advice

I'm attempting to make my first extract+grains batch of a pumpkin ale next week and had a fairly basic question about it. I've read that it is important to bake the pumpkin before steeping it...my problem is that I live in Korea and ovens aren't a standard household appliance here. What do you...
