What brewery are you visiting?
I agree! I've been in several times and always enjoy doing a tasting. I have a bottle of their 2019 blueberry mead I plan on opening next time I'm with my son and grandson. I expect it'll be pretty tasty by now.- Rish

What is this on my cider? Pellicle?
Welcome to HBT! I'd rack it from under the floaties and give it a taste. If it tastes good, I'd bottle it. Not likely at all to grow anything that is harmful to you but it may not taste good.- Rish
