Yeah I let mine sit for another 2 weeks after fermentation ended. Give it a bit more time and see if it help. Let us know how it went.

1G on simple cider made with fresh pressed juice and wine yeast, fermented bone dry at 12%ABV currently aging in bottles. 184.5+1= 185.5

5G Mangrove Jack Red IPA 2299+5= 2304

BOMM, frst ever mead. Just racked into SV. 152.2+1= 153.2

5 gallons of Coopers Draught kit. Very first brew! 1935.5+5=1940.5

So all in all it's a nice round beer, i don't get any of the ice tea that some other user mentioned, but I think it lacks a bit of bitterness. I like IPA that a bit more bitter than this one not sure if it's due to transport or handling but I think that's just part of the beer profile...

I wouldn't count on that 😅 I'm pretty sure it surely had some rough time getting here, but let's see

Totally forgot to search the forum for other posts regarding this beer. Sunday I plan to taste it and i will leave my feedback here. Hopefully it will not turn out too ice tea like other members have reported.

Like a lot of people my love for beer is what brought me to homebrew, but also I really like brew my own stuff. Been doing vinegars, wine, liquors and the like for some time and have been looking to beer for quite some time but living in the middle of the Atlantic doesn't help in that regard...
