I found this article a while back. Star San Tips, Tricks and Guidelines – Using Star San In a Spray Bottle picked up a 100-count bag of the 3ml plastic syringes and make a 1 gal batch every brew day. Use a spray bottle to sanitize and a one gal glass carboy to store the rest.

I agree. Star San will create a lot of foam but is easy to manage. A bottle rack and vinator makes a world of difference. Easy to sanitize a full batch of bottles In minutes and keeps them within easy reach.
