I apologize ahead for the not so detailed recipe, but Ive got a nice recipe for a different kind of stout that I'm still dialing in, but love results so far. Let me know what you think! This is just a 1 gallon recipe at the moment.

2lbs 6oz Golden Promise
4oz Flaked Oats

Yield was supposed to be 3 but came out to 2.5gallons

3lbs Pilsen
3lbs White Wheat
4oz Carapils
4oz Victory
Mash at 152F for 60 minutes
Omega-605 Lacto- Blend pitched directly onto cooled, unhopped wort.
My batch took 72 hrs to get to 3.3pH but pH is preference.

Thanks, I ended up ditching the Munich and Victory and scaling down therest of the grains. I'm pretty confident, it smells and tastes good so far, much less soy saucey than my last big stout.
Hey everyone, looking to brew a stout with a lottt of different malts and some different boil additions. I'm mostly worried about the grain bill and how it will turn out, so if anyone has any tips or suggestions it'd be greatly appreciated!

Whoops, also forgot to ask, what yeast is best for pitching after second boil? I've got a few but was thinking s04-05 or K97, I have a wheat yeast as well
Hey guys! I just picked up some Omega 605 because I don't have a good setup and I can sour at normal temps. I'm just starting out essentially but with some background knowledge, so some might be obvious questions. Can I add more than 2 ibus of hops after pitching and boiling again? How long...
