Kegs sold on Craigslist are not ALWAYS stolen. Just last year I bought 35 decommissioned kegs from a AVL local brewery and every one of them were sold on Craigslist.
I recently just landed a brewing position. 600 barrels a year and I make about the same as you. I cover everything from brewing to cellaring and serving. Also lots of cleaning. Your pay sounds just about legit. Also I have no family to support.
Just scored three 20 tip burners. But I have no clue if they if they are propane or natural gas. Can anybody tell? Also if they are NG is there a conversion for them to hook up to propane? Here's some pics.
Came across three 20 jet burners and have no clue of telling if they are for natural gas or propane. Is there a way to tell? If they are NG is there a way to convert them to run of propane. Here,s some pics.
If this helps I did a berliner weisse like beer of a flemish red recipie. Just piched a handful of grain and some dregs and it was tart as hell. I have most of it saved up in a keg to blend with my other flemishs when they are ready, as I think it would be a nice blending base for them.
