    I can't say I stirred it slowly... Anyone know how long something like this would take to develop off-flavors?

    Hi All- I just brewed up and IPA and was bottling last night when I realized I hadn't added the priming sugar to the bottling bucket. Like an idiot, I added the sugar water and then stirred with a WHISK:smack:! I don't know what I was thinking (this is about my 10th brew)... ...anyways...
