I couldn't believe I found this here in Laramie. Decided to make it my Christmas Eve beer. Delicious as always.

Picked up a six pack of this today. Haven't had it in a couple years, but I think my palate has changed quite a bit. Way too sweet for an IPA. Now having my Ten Fidy clone attempt.

One of the better pumpkin beers I've had. It tastes more like actual pumpkin with spices instead of a pumpkin pie flavor that most of these beers try to emulate. Very nicely balanced. Happy Halloween!

Saison I brewed back in March. Smells like mandarin oranges, tastes like peach tea.

My weizenbock is finally starting to taste awesome. I went with Jamil Z's recipe.

229.25 + 13.4 Columbus + 2 Centennial = 244.65

So. Many. Hops.

2nd year Columbus. Got about 4 pounds wet. 2nd year Centennial. Got about 10oz wet.
