Not much love for sabro here. I brewed a NEIPA with 2.5 oz sabro and 1.5 Idaho gem all in the whirlpool. It was unique for sure but I was a fan. I served it at a party along with 5 other beers and the keg emptied very quickly.
Has anyone brewed this BYO bigfoot recipe? I haven’t seen 2.5 hour hop additions in any recipes I’ve come across and it makes me a little nervous to experiment with it. I would be worried about it being too aggressive but I don’t have any experience with these hoppy barelywines.
