How does this malt bill sound for my first self designed recipe for a Quad/Belgian dark strong ale?

I kegged 5 gal, and bottled the rest 4 days ago. I just cracked open a bottle to see how it is coming along and Wow! My friends and family are going to love me. Thanks! I don't know if this will last until Thanksgiving.
It is a beautiful food specific pumpkin. The type that when you cut it open a wonderful aroma fills the room. The fermentation is complete. FG is 1.020 with a 6.7ish% abv. The sample is very cloudy even after cold crash. The spice is very prominent in its uncarbed state. I think it will be...
I used your recipe as inspiration for a 10 gallon batch I did a couple of weeks ago. My final abv is close to 12%! I think my mash temps were on the low side. It is still aging but even now it tastes really good other than the booze smack you get with the first sip. It should be a nice warmer as...
Anyone use fresh pumpkin? I did a 10 gal batch on Saturday with 10 lbs of fresh pumpkin that my sister inlaw grew. I made a few other modifications and came out to 1.067 OG. I hope it turns out good. Thanks for the recipe.
Thanks for the replies. I did a couple more taste tests this weekend. It will be drinkable; however, I believe you all are correct that it will taste awesome after aging.

My garden isn't that big. I ran an old nylon winch cable from my detatched garage to my house for the trellis. It is 15-20ft high x 30ish ft long. I don't have any pics but maybe I will get some if it starts looking good this summer.
