Finally upgraded to the 5 gallon system. Made some pretty bad mistakes last night. The airlock was bubbling like crazy when I woke up this morning so I hope it turns out okay. For it being my first batch with the 5 gallon system as long as it's drinkable I'll be happy.

My OG was 1.030, I think that might be a little off as I forgot to get the sample before I pitched the yeast (still learning). Anyway, my SG yesterday was 1.012 and I just tested it again today and it appears to be the same. However, it does seem to be a little less carbonated. It'll be 2 weeks...

So I went to test my fg last night on a batch that I plan on bottling Sunday. I gave it a taste afterwards and noticed that it was pretty well carbonated already. I had a lot of head in the test tube as well. Is this normal? It's my first wheat beer. I'm worried when I go to bottling it will be...
