I have some new tubing that is supposed to be exactly the same as the older stuff I had been using with my autosiphon, but I can't get it to seal right. I even used screw on hose clamps and it still has enough air leak in to kill the siphon.

I kegged my Winexpert Exotic Fruits White Zin on Monday and set the regulator to 6PSI. I prefer the method of setting to roughly serving pressure and let it sit a few days instead of forcing in 30+ PSI and then backing off.

They recently tore down their bar for renovations. I think they was mentioned in an issue or two ago of the Mid-Atlanttic Brewing News.
The Drafting room is near there, but both are a bit far from Philly without a car.
Pretty much everything has been mentioned. But if you want to venture outside of the norm try Druid's Keep. Not much for food, but a pretty good beer selection. I've played darts tehre a few times.

Shrug. The closest thing I ever did to making my own recipe is changing an all chinook IPA to an all Simcoe because that's all I had enough of on hand.
I'm pretty content just following recipes for the foreseeable future.
