I have turned off at the tank, at the primary regulator, and at each secondary. I’ll have to try the submersion test. I have a couple of spare diaphragms.
I have a 7 tap keezer with a secondary regulator for each tap. Last week I randomly lost an entire 5lb co2 tank. Nothing changed with the system that was not leaking at all.

I just bottled my Kate clone weekend before last. It was brewed in February (I think) and aged in glass since then. It is probably the best stout I have ever had and isnt even carbed or chilled yet. I cant wait for the middle of October (when we crack open the first bottles)
I ended up doing 15 gallons on Friday. I decided to parti-gyle a 5 gallon batch after I got enough for the 10 gallon batch. Used some amber LME, turbinado sugar, and Conan yeast (<-- heady topper yeast). No idea what it will taste like but should be good.
