Home Brewing Biography
Started with extract, then jumped to 10 gallon all grain. Now I'm cutting all the corners by doing BIAB mash, boil, and fermentation all in the 120V 35L DigiBoil. For my most recent IPA, I did a 15-minute boil by using 12 minutes in the Instant Pot for my bittering hops.
