I’m 39, been brewing for 11 years now. I brew about 60-70 gallons of beer per year and about 10 gallons of cider/mead per year.

We're really informal and one of the owners of Stone Church was/is a member of our club. It's a great group of guys and a few girls. You should really try to make it.

    R.W. Knudsen Black Cherry Concentrate

Has anyone ever used this stuff before? I put two 8oz. Bottles into 5 gallons of a very light cream ale. I'm not sure if that'll be enough or not. Any insight would be appreciated! Each bottle is supposed to be equal to 2lbs of fruit.

    Beer prices - yikes

I was at Albertsons last week and a sixer of Sculpin was $17. I checked the make your own six pack fridge and there were 8 of them in there. It's $9.99 to make your own sixer so I got all of the Sculpins and a few other beers that I hadn't tried.
