Raspberry sour made using philly sour yeast.

I’m brewing an Azacca/Mosaic pale ale using Verdant IPA yeast.

Just mashed in a cream ale.

First brew in over a year.

I’ve used instant grits and instant rice before. Worked out okay.

BasicBrewing (YouTube) has made a few rye dominant or all rye beers and the viscosity has been unpleasant. I think James has made a very low ABV (2% or so) beer that was okay though.
