I used it for the first time today. I agree with itsratso, it's difficult to regulate, at least this first time. I was able to dial it in eventually and it burns very hot. I was able to keep a rigorous boil easily.
I don't like at all that the paint burned off.
I've moving my brewing outdoors for the first time and was wondering if this location was ok. The burner flame ends up being above the retaining wall. I could get the burner a little higher. This is in between our house and the neighbors. The neighbors said it's fine with them.

We decided on Beauxmont's Brewery though we're still working on a logo.
Beauxmont was the nickname my wife and I used for my son while he was in utero.
I also barrel-aged whisky from New Year's Eve until the week he was born in May and called it Beauxmont's Batch. Surprisingly good.
