Most welding supply shops will either fill your bottle or exchange it with a full one.
Another option is a place that fills fire extinguishers.
If you are considering setting up a kegging system go with the bigger bottle you won't regret it.

Most asian beers I have tasted I would characterize as Light bodied highly carbonated with little or no Malt or hop flavor. It would not surprise me if a good majority of the grain bill was indeed rice or rice...

My favorite beer I brew is a pale ale with LOTS of cascades. I like the citrus flavor they give.
