Just bottled the Leffe, I was worried about the OG but it ended up at 1014 like the recipes said. So it has .7 higher abv. I can't tell any difference from the sample I drank, it feels as good as the other ones. Now it is another patience game not to drink it too quickly. I'll try not to open...

Brewed it again today. Was distracted during the boil so it boiled 20' longer than it should have. As a result the OG was 1083. Hope it doesn't affect the beer too much. All ready for the yeast explosion, got a blow off tube this time so hopefully no big mess in my living room this time...

Hey man, Running out of it again, I will have to brew it pretty soon. My family is coming this summer and my dad asked for that specific beer. Have no choice :) The other recipe, the one from the contest will be bottled soon.

The more I drink it the better i like it. I'm saving a few bottles to enter it in a homebrewing contest next month. I'll let you know how i did.

Just bottle this week end after 5 weeks in fermenter. FG was a little lower than expected but tasted seems to be very similar that when I first bottled it. The ABV is about 9%. How well tough for me. If the beer is just as good as the first batch, I will have no complains. How can you get such...

Didn't get the chance to brew it last week end but finally did it this morning. Gravity ended a little higher at 1.081. Another round of patience begins....

Oh sure I'll save some, so I can't compare the 2. I'm curious to see the difference. I'll be brewing it on sunday. I have a few other beers to make wait but so far this is my favorite one and always the one I turn to in time of need....

I got my hands on some original Leffe radieuse today. Off course I had to compare it to my brew. I have to say that I was bluffed and it is really close to the original. The taste and color is spot on. The lacing and head retention is better on the original but on every other aspects that clone...
