Do you think I should wait and see or dump it now? I would hate to hand out samples and have people get sick. I'm not even sure if I would able to taste it in the finished product. I know others would say relax don't worry... But youre right that I'll probably never know if this batch is truely...

I set up my new anvil foundry with a long wash using pbw / starsan. During yesterday's brew day I forgot about washing the new immersion chiller that came with. I had a 5 gl bucket of star San and stuck the chiller in and washed it quickly with my hand to get most of the manufactoing oils off...

I just wanted to share an event that happened while moving to a new city. My father-in-law thought he was being helpful when he decided to move my Kegerator. The only thing I told my wife no one could touch. So he ripped the liquid line off the perclick tap and sprayed beer all over the room...

I just purchased a Anvil Foundry and SS brewtech bucket, will star san work for passification? I hear it works and then it doesn't work. I hear it's necessary and it's not necessary. Is it really necessary before use? Not trolling, just concerned before starting my brew session this weekend.

You guys are probably right. I'll just have to relax and try it out when it finishes. Right now it's in the cool Brewing bag bubbling at 68° hopefully I get more clove than banana but I'd welcome either one this Edwort's wheat is going to be good.

I had a bad finish to a great brew day. My new setup is in the garage away from my normal on stove routine. I forgot to tighten all the hoses to my wort chiller and to prevent or stop a lot of water from going into my wort, I placed the clean chiller on the floor to stop / shut everything down...

I'm prepping Saturday for brewing A Rogue Chocolate Stout clone from Brew Guru and July 2009 Zynergy. After drinking Founders Breakfast Stout and Surly Darkness, my thought is to brew something new. I'm getting kind of bored of ipa.
