Some of the Krausen could have got mixed in on transfer...
My water could of brought out all the hops as well... makes sense for sure...
Mine didn't say 51 ibus its around 37.5 also... hmmm
recently brewed an amber ale and it turned out completely opposite from what i was expecting... can some one help me figure why it turned out this way..
its hop forward for sure and has firm dryness at the end lil to no body and light mouth feel... alot of atringecy flavor also...

actually know of some people who got calls or emails with their results... guess you gotta know people... problem was the state competition was the being judged at the same time so probably caused delays... but shouldnt take this long
