I bought a case of it last year from a grocery wholesaler in northern Arkansas. used it a few times as a kicker to my other beers and once alone with specialty grains..it had a mild cider flavor ofcourse i dry hopped it too and added extra hops in the boil..lol not bad easy to drink for me
just curious what OG, what Temp and what yeast do you have?
I have been using a large blowoff tube the last few batches it fits directly where the stopper would its about 3 inches wide i get it from my home brew shop and it works great and wont get clogged..
I dont need to prove anything... Your the one posting this not me. I only brewed 30 gallons last year but i also just started in sept/oct.. It may be impossible to enforce but i would think its not the best idea to say you brewed double the legal amount on some forum fwiw... but then again go...
